A private online area allows customers to log in, schedule and track conference calls, upload audio and video files of calls and queue them for transcription. Clients can also specify transcript formatting and download completed transcripts.
The online system allows management to assign jobs to transcribers and keep track of various jobs, including when they are due and the time it takes for them to be completed. Management can also use the system to manage and track quality assurance testing.
